Building Strong Bodies: Gross Motor Growth
At TLK, we know that one-year-olds are curious, adventurous, and ready to explore the world around them. Our Little Explorers classroom is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where toddlers can build independence, practice new skills, and begin their journey of discovery.
This is an exciting stage where children are learning to walk, climb, and move with growing confidence. Our classroom is equipped with age-appropriate play structures, soft mats, and open spaces that encourage active exploration while ensuring safety. Teachers support every step, cheer on new milestones, and celebrate progress with families.
First Words & First Friendships
Toddlers thrive on social interaction. Through guided play, songs, and storytime, we help children develop basic communication skills such as first words, gestures, and simple sign language. Group activities encourage sharing, turn-taking, and early friendships, helping little ones learn the joy of being part of a community.

Welcome to Trusted Love KinderCare! We know that choosing the right care for your child is one of the most important decisions you’ll make, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Founded by Dr. Loveth Marcellus, a Licensed Psychotherapist and Behavior Analyst who specializes in trauma, behavior analysis, grief and loss, and couples counseling.
For years, Dr. Marcellus has dreamed of creating a space where children not only feel safe but are nurtured and supported in every aspect of their development. With a deep love for children and a passion for their well-being, Dr. M. has always felt a calling to provide a higher level of care for young ones, especially in a world where finding truly trusted and compassionate childcare can feel daunting.
As a mother herself and a professional who has dedicated her career to understanding and supporting children, Dr. M. wanted to bring together her expertise in therapy and behavior analysis with her love for children, to build a space that goes beyond basic care. TLKC was born from this vision: to create a luxury space where every child is treated with respect, love, and individualized care, and where parents can feel confident knowing their child’s emotional, social, and intellectual growth is nurtured every day.
